Reba McDermott, MBA, PhD, serves as Chief Financial Officer of Pro Care Innovations, bringing more than 30 years of experience in accounting, finance, and executive leadership. Throughout her career, she has held senior financial leadership roles, including Corporate Controller and Chief Financial Officer, supporting organizations ranging from emerging businesses to Fortune 500 companies. At Pro Care Innovations, Reba provides strategic financial oversight that supports the organization's continued growth, operational excellence, and commitment to improving patient care. Her expertise in financial management, organizational strategy, and performance analysis helps ensure the company remains well-positioned to expand its impact while delivering exceptional support to healthcare providers and the patients they serve.

Keena Kowis serves as Chief Operating Officer of Pro Care Innovations, bringing more than 24 years of healthcare leadership experience spanning patient access, patient services, operational management, and care coordination. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for developing high-performing teams, optimizing healthcare operations, and creating exceptional experiences for both patients and providers. Prior to joining Pro Care Innovations, Keena spent 14 years with Hillcrest HealthCare System, part of the nationally recognized Ardent Health network, where she served in multiple leadership roles, including Patient Access Director. She also spent 10 years with Urologic Specialists, serving as Director of Patient Services and leading initiatives focused on operational excellence, patient engagement, and quality of care. At Pro Care Innovations, Keena oversees organizational operations, program execution, and provider support initiatives that help drive better patient engagement and improved health outcomes. Her expertise in healthcare operations, patient engagement, and process optimization helps drive the company's mission of improving outcomes through effective and proactive care management initiatives. Keena's leadership is guided by a simple principle: exceptional patient outcomes begin with exceptional systems, exceptional teams, and an unwavering commitment to service.

Kevin Kilgore is an experienced IT executive, software developer, and entrepreneur with a proven track record of building technology solutions that drive business growth. With more than 20 years in the industry, he has led projects spanning infrastructure, cloud systems, and custom software development. Kevin is the creator of a proprietary chronic care management platform that supports healthcare providers nationwide. His expertise in software development and SQL databases have enabled him to design secure, scalable, and user-friendly systems that seamlessly integrate into complex environments. Known for his hands-on leadership and ability to bridge technical and business needs, Kevin has guided organizations through digital transformations, operational improvements, and data-driven decision-making. Olutayo Sogunro, DO, MS, FACOS, FACS

VP of Clinical Strategy

Dr. Olutayo Sogunro is a board-certified Breast Surgical Oncologist and Clinical Strategist who brings a combination of medical expertise and business acumen to the healthcare consulting space. With a career spanning general surgery, acute care, and trauma, and a subspecialty breast surgical oncology practice, Dr. Sogunro understands healthcare systems, how they operate, where they struggle, and how they can grow. An experienced clinical researcher, Dr. Sogunro has authored dozens of peer-reviewed journal publications and has presented her research at national and international conferences. Her areas of scholarly focus include breast cancer, surgical quality, and health disparities, work that reflects both scientific rigor and a deep commitment to improving patient outcomes at scale. This research foundation, combined with her background in surgical quality improvement leadership, gives her a uniquely evidence-based approach to clinical strategy. Now pursuing her MBA, Dr. Sogunro’s focus spans clinical operations, preoperative and perioperative strategy, workflow optimization, and marketing. She is passionate about helping organizations communicate their value clearly, reach the right audiences, and build systems that are both clinically sound and operationally efficient. Whether advising on clinical protocols, go-to-market strategy, or brand positioning in the healthcare space, Dr. Sogunro brings the precision of a surgeon and the vision of a strategist.

Throughout his distinguished career, Dr. Jensen has authored more than 140 peer-reviewed scientific publications, contributed to numerous medical and engineering advancements, and served on review panels and advisory committees for organizations including the National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Science Foundation (NSF), and U.S. Department of Defense (DOD). His research has influenced medical device design, clinical best practices, and healthcare innovation worldwide.
